JOVEN in style. 2 Months only in new French Oak. The first time we’ve made this style at Tobin’s. Appealing gentle cherry and raspberry notes delicately merge with aromas of liquorice and spice. Supremely elegant and a wine enjoyed whilst young. Minimal filtering applied.
